The program is our pinnacle Elite and Chairman ’ s Elite development program . It ’ s accessed via submission to the state corporate team and each intake comprises a select group of high achievers who go on a five month journey . Each intake works through a bespoke program with guidance from our specialist business divisions , with each participant individually accountable to the performance team .
The outcomes from previous participants have been staggering with a minimum average 74 per cent year on year GCI improvements .
