Our five month Emerge program is for agents averaging 10 to 30 sales per year , to advance on skills learned in Compass and support an agent who ’ s now becoming self-sufficient . We combine the core skill sets of listing , selling and negotiating - taking agents on their path through to Premier and Elite level agents .
These skills are taught through a combination of face-to-face and online mediums , as well as through our mobile-first learning platform , Ray White Learn ( powered by EdApp ) for on-demand training .
