The foundations to prospecting
Ray White Compass is an initiative - available in each state - aiming to support the growth of sales teams and effective business units . The program is designed to create a platform providing lead agents with the tools and skills they need to manage their teams effectively , while also providing practical skill sets and training to the agents and associates .
The program is a five month commitment geared towards adding width to a sales business by generating more opportunities from within that business , learning to leverage listings , and growing presence in a core marketplace .
By its conclusion , each agent will have accountability structures in place and tangible results of progress that will increase your team ' s capacity to generate more income and better service your listings .

“ Compass was a fantastic program not only for our sales associates but also for the agents who work with the associates . Our agents are busy and Compass gave them a way to fast track their sales associates to becoming dollar productive . The weekly accountability was great for the teams but also great for our business as we were able to get a substantial data set that we could then use to set benchmarks and targets . It ’ s also given us a platform to manage the associates going forward after the course .
