What you'll need:
1 cup of grilled chicken strips
1 stock of romaine lettuce
1 cup of corn
1/2 cup of black beans
1/2 cup onions (optional)
1/2 avocado
1/2 lime
Chopped cilantro
Pepper to taste
Tortilla strips
Ranch or Southwest Dressing
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!

What you'll need:
2 graham cracker squares
1 half Hershey's Chocolate bar
1 cup of chocolate Snack Pack pudding
Whipped Cream
Marshmallows
Crunch 1 graham cracker square and place at
the bottom of a mason jar or cup. Layer
whipped cream. Layer half of chocolate
pudding. Repeat. Garnish with a roasted
marshmallow and chcolate square.

What you'll need:
1 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
2/3 Truvia sugar
1/2 baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl. Scoop dough
into golf ball size and roll. fork, smash X pattern
on top. Using a Place on cookie sheet with lined
with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15
minutes. Let cool for 25 minutes.
