Camp Hoffman/Camp Green Forest
Valerie, who goes by the name Mohawk at camp, is excited to return to West Kingston as this year's director for Camps Hoffman and Green Forest. She has been involved with Girl Scouting since Brownies, and 2019 will be her 10th summer as Girl Scout camp staff. She has worked with four councils, been involved with WAGGGS in multiple capacities, and currently serves as a National Volunteer Partner for Girl Scouts. She pursued a multinational Master’s degree in Outdoor Studies and Experiential Education that she believes gives her a unique set of skills to draw from in this role. Currently preparing for the summer, she cannot wait to get to camp and see you all there!

Hi All, Scribbles here! This will be my fourth year as a Camp Director for GSSNE and I cannot wait to meet new campers and welcome back our returning ones. For those of you who don’t know, my camp name was given to me by a former Daisy Girl Scout who thought that was my actual name. I love being outside and learning new things, and I particularly enjoy hiking, skiing, and camping with both my troop and my family. Looking forward to an awesome camp year!
