This graceful sport combines dance and acrobatic elements. Participants use balls, ribbons, hoops, clubs and ropes while performing choreographed movements to music. Students develop strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination and endurance while learning new skills and having fun. Learn the sport, and train, where former and current Olympians began their careers.

Dani Takova, Director Formerly a National Team Coach, Dani has 25 plus years of experience within this sport. Dani’ s strength is in developing talent in younger team members as well as being an integral part of the training process of the competitive gymnasts.
Natalia Klimouk, Director Natalia has been a National Team Coach for 20 years, three time Olympic Coach, and recipient of the title " Coach of the Year " for the past 10 years!
