HOW TO SET UP A HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNT If you are new to the Glenview Park District and you would like to register for a program online, send the following information to registration @ glenviewparks. org:
• Your name and full birth date
• Your full address
• Phone number
• Email address
• The names and full birth dates of your immediate family members living within the same household( proof may be required)
• Current school grade for your children( if applicable)
Glenview Residents: You will need to provide proof of residency the first time you set up an account or move within Glenview and need to update your address. Scan or take a picture of one of the following documents and include it with your email to registration @ glenviewparks. org:
• House purchase agreement / contract, or apartment lease
• Current utility bill( Gas, Electricity, or Water)
• Real estate / property tax bill
• Homeowners or rental insurance policy

To be added to a program waitlist, the fee must be paid in full. You will receive a refund if you have not been admitted to the class after the second class meeting.
