This class moves at a slow pace , and works to improve on technique and expand on your ability to execute more of the ballet vocabulary . Perfect for students who have never taken ballet or it ’ s just a faint memory !

This performing group builds on basic tap skills learned during the beginning level class including stretching , warm-up and work on tap technique with music . Tap shoes required . Taught by Teresa Grodsky ; instructor approval is required for this class .

This class will focus on placement and alignment while building strength and flexibility . Includes barre and center floor work . Students should have had at least one year of prior ballet training . Ballet shoes required . Class taught by Janice Blum .

This adult tap class is for beginner tappers and tappers who already have a basic concept of shuffle , flap , ball change , Irish , Maxie Ford , paradiddle and another basic steps . We emphasize the total development of the dancer , stressing timing , rhythm , coordination and performance . Teresa Grodsky instructs .
