It ’ s time for our second Glenview Junior Titans spring lacrosse season ! Coaches from Second City Lacrosse Club are teaming up with the Junior Titans to continue where we left off last spring and bring fun , competitive lacrosse to Glenview youth . The Junior Titans will be participating in the Illinois Youth Lacrosse League ( IYLL ) and will be playing the same teams and communities that players will compete against when they reach high school . The Junior Titans will be offering the following teams :
• U8 : 1st-2nd Grade • U10 : 3rd-4th Grade • U12 : 5th-6th Grade • U14 : 7th-8th Grade
Registration includes a uniform , league registration fee and all games / practices ( 8-10 games , 16 practices )
Schedule : The Junior Titans will practice two times a week with games on the weekend . The schedule will be as follows : Tu : U8 / U10 / U12 - 5:30-6:30 pm , U14 - 6:30-7:30 pm W : U8 / U10 / U12 - 5:30-6:30 pm , U14 - 6:30-7:30 pm
Indoor practice location ( 3 / 23 and 3 / 30 • 2:30-3:30 pm ): Techny Prairie Parks and Fields , 1750 Techny Rd , Northbrook
Game schedule subject to change based on weather and other factors at any time . Required Equipment ( Hockey equipment may be used ): ( 1 ) helmet , ( 2 ) gloves , ( 3 ) elbow pads , ( 4 ) shoulder pads , ( 5 ) lacrosse stick , ( 6 ) jock- strap / athletic cup , ( 7 ) mouth guard , ( 8 ) athletic cleats .
