The second annual Festival of Trees presented by LightKeeper Pro took place on December 3 at Park Center . This year , over 275 attendees were treated to 22 decorated trees , carolers , arts & crafts , a Merry Market , and special appearances by The Grinch and Santa Claus . Presented by the Glenview Park Foundation , the inaugural Winterfest was held on Saturday , January 28 , at the Glenview Community Ice Center . This new fundraising event drew over 1,500 attendees who enjoyed a Glenbrook South Titan Hockey tripleheader and winter activities including ice bumper cars , curling , and speedskating . A special thank you to Glenview Bank & Trust and Merrill who helped make this event a success .
