GLENVIEW BOYS SPRING LACROSSE
With instruction and coaching provided by GBS Boys ’ Lacrosse coaches and players , players will be training with some of the best instructors on the North Shore !
• Grades 1-4 will participate in an instructional program consisting of practices and controlled scrimmages only . This allows players to gain a strong understanding of the fundamentals of the sport .
• Grades 5-8 will be playing a schedule designed to reflect the Glenbrook South varsity opponents .
Schedule : Practices take place Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings . Games for grades 5-8 will be played Saturdays or Sundays .
Game Dates : Game schedule TBD mid to late March . Each team will have four ( 4 ) home games and four ( 4 ) road games . Road game locations may vary depending on opposing teams in assigned division . Games may be scheduled as doubleheaders or on alternate days , if necessary .

Required Equipment ( Hockey equipment may be used ): ( 1 ) helmet , ( 2 ) gloves , ( 3 ) elbow pads , ( 4 ) shoulder pads , ( 5 ) lacrosse stick , ( 6 ) jock- strap / athletic cup , ( 7 ) mouth guard , ( 8 ) athletic cleats .
