update from food & beverage operations Hello everyone, First I am so grateful to be joining an amazing team here at Spring Creek Golf Club. Here is a little bit about my background and what has brought me to Spring Creek. I have been working in the industry for over 10 years. In my senior year of High School, I started out at a small golf course called Beaver Brook Country Club in Annandale, NJ. I started as a Cart Attendant and Banquet Server for the first couple of years. I worked my way up to Pro Shop Attendant and, before I left, I was also a Banquet Captain, and Supervisor for the Pro Shop, Grille Room and the Pool at the same time. My career then took me to Park Ave Club in Florham Park, NJ. This was a club that split all of its profit between 10 different non-profit groups that owned the club. I worked as a Server and Bartender to learn higher end clientele and large scale events. During this time I earned my degree in Hospitality Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I have had a small journey that has led me to Spring Creek and I am looking forward to being able to build a strong food and beverage program.
