letter from the general manager It appears we may have finally gotten some relief from a long, hot Summer and have begun to see glimpses of Fall. Historically this has been one of my favorite times of the year when the leaves begin to change, and temperatures transition to more favorable golf conditions. This, of course, does not mean that things are slowing down as we will have plenty of activities and entertainment at the club in the coming months. Over the next 45 days or so I will be meeting with several of our members, my management team as well as our Spring Creek residents in an effort to customize a playbook of events for the 2020 Season. The club has had several long-standing events that will remain part of our programming, but we need input from everyone to ensure that we are providing the experience that you deserve. So please stop by, give me a call or send me an email with any suggestions that you may have. We also have sent out a member survey to gain a better perspective of how we are doing and where we can improve on your experience. I ask you to please take the time to fill out this short survey as the information you provide is vital in aiding us with upcoming programming for the club. I would be remised if I did not take a moment to recognize our latest Employee of The Month, Michael Franklin. Michael recently returned to work here at Spring Creek and we are elated to have him join us again as a member of our kitchen team. His positive attitude and culinary talents in the kitchen have enabled us to stabilize our team and provide a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone around him. Thank you Michael for all that you do! Thank you, Kris Reinert General Manager 4 | November 2019
