WHICH SWIM CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Early childhood and youth lessons follow the Starfish Swim/
Stroke School, a nationally recognized swim instruction
curriculum developed by the Starfish Aquatics Institute.
Benchmarks are established at each stage in the program to
teach swimming and safety skills. Register your child for the

IMPORTANT INFO FOR
PARENTS/CAREGIVERS
Tightly fitted rubber pants or swim diapers, as well as a
swim suit, are required for non-toilet trained children.
Swimmers must have their own pair of goggles. Goggles are
available for purchase at the Splash Landings Front Desk.
Evaluation within swim lessons is constant and ongoing and
the Glenview Park District reserves the right to move your
child to different stages, if needed. Your child may not auto-
matically advance to the next stage after one session. It often
takes several sessions before a child is ready to progress.
