OUTDOOR POOL PARTIES
For birthdays, graduations, family reunions, company outings or just a bunch of friends, Flick and Roosevelt Outdoor Aquatic
Centers are ideal places for a summer get-together. Bookings for summer parties at our outdoor pools will be accepted
beginning in March. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation. To book an outdoor pool party, call Kara Graber at

OUTDOOR POOL PARTY PACKAGES
DURING PUBLIC SWIM HOURS
What a perfect way to celebrate your child’s summer
birthday! Just invite all the guests and let us do the rest!
HOURS: Parties may be reserved between Public Swim hours.
DAYS: Parties will be available seven days per week.

No booking on July 4.
PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• One hour in a reserved party area for your meal and birthday
cake (indoors at Roosevelt Pool and a shaded outdoor area
under our giant party umbrellas at Flick).
• Party staff to greet you and your guests and ensure that
everything runs smoothly while you are in the reserved
party area.
• Enjoy food package of 16-inch cheese pizzas depending on
the party size. Each additional 16-inch pizza will be charged
at a rate of $20.
• Party host may provide their own cake. No other food or
beverage will be allowed in the facility.
• All birthday parties and personal private pool rentals must
have at least one adult supervisor (16 years or older) in the
water, in a swimsuit for every five children under the age of
9, and at least one adult supervisor for every ten children
above the age of 9. As your guests arrive at the facility, staff
will keep track of how many guests enter for your party.
• Guests with Aquatic Memberships are included in the count
of the party. If you exceed your party package maximum,
you will be upgraded to the next package. You will be
charged the difference the day. No refunds will be issued if
your party package does not meet the maximum.

A party package must be selected and paid for in full at least 7
days in advance. On the day event if you have more guests than
the package you selected, the party will be upgraded to the next
package and the difference must be paid in person.

DURING PRIVATE SWIM HOURS
You and your guests can have the entire facility to
yourself when you rent either Flick or Roosevelt for
a Private Swim Party!
PRIVATE RENTAL PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Exclusive use of the facility including spacious eating areas,
lawns and water features including slides, diving platforms,
and water playgrounds (Does not include Tot Pool at Flick).
• Facility manager and lifeguards on duty to ensure a safe
environment.
• Staff will greet you and your guests and ensure that every-
thing runs smoothly during your rental.
• The option to bring in your own beverages and food. No
alcoholic beverages allowed.
PACKAGE COST (FOR UP TO 100 GUESTS):
Roosevelt: $540 residents/$675 nonresidents
Flick: $592 residents/$740 nonresidents
