SPECIALTY FITNESS – ADULTS
MASTERS SWIM WORKOUT
TOGETHER WE TRI SWIM TRAINING
Coach Libby Hurley and other TWT certified swim coaches will
help you become a better swimmer, regardless of your level.
Workouts include drills for continued technique work, sets,
interval training and much more. Participants should have basic
swim comfort and be able to complete a 200-yard workout.
ASCA Swim Coach and USA Triathlon Expert Coach Drew Surinsky
will help you increase your effectiveness and comfort in the water
with this 1000-2500 yard adult swim workout. Workouts include
technique drills, intervals and submerged videotaping. Partici-
pants should have basic swimming skills and be able to complete
the workout distance.

We Tri can help you to achieve your fitness goals and cross
the finish line. We have several races that we target including
the Park Center Tri and The Transamerica Chicago Triathlon.
All levels welcome from those just starting a fitness routine to
previous triathlon experience. Individuals with arthritis work on a range of motion, stretch-
ing and joint strengthening exercises. The class is taught by a
Certified AEA and Arthritis Foundation Program Leader.
