TO PURCHASE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Our convenient monthly payment plan allows you to break up
your annual membership fee into 12 monthly payments either
using a checking or credit card account. It is automatically
renewed after one year. A one-year commitment is required.
EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIPS
Executive memberships are available to full-time employees
in a corporation, business, partnership enterprise

MEMBER REFERRAL PROGRAM
If you bring a friend to Park Center Health and Fitness
and they join, you’ll receive a free month added to the
end of your membership. (Some restrictions apply.
Ask for details.)
Payment in full is required at the time of purchase and mem-
bership must be used on consecutive days. There is no initia-
tion fee for 90-Day, 30-Day and 7-Day Memberships.
