Hello , Laguna Niguel !
Welcome to Spring 2023 and all the newness that the season brings ! The transition from winter to spring is always a positive and welcomed change where we can enjoy the flowers blooming , the birds chirping , and new energy developing . It seems only fitting then , to announce our upcoming events intended for you and your loved ones to create new memories !
We have three major special events planned over the following months . In April , hop on over to Chapparosa Park for our annual ‘ Bunny Bonanza & Touch-A-Truck ’ event , which will be a fun-filled morning of crafts , games , live entertainment , and a special appearance by Mr . & Ms . Bunny . Then in May , we ’ ll have the return of our Emergency Preparedness Fair . This event is a great opportunity to learn about emergency preparedness from various public agencies and community partners . Also in May , we ’ re welcoming all adventurers to take a step back through time and experience a wild adventure at the ‘ Jurassic Trails & Tales ’ dinosaur experience event . And don ’ t worry , that ’ s not all ! We ’ re offering various events , classes , workshops , and programs in between that will further connect you with the community .
As we head into the months of Spring , I encourage you to take part in the many opportunities that are available for you to create new memories for yourself and with your loved ones . I hope that this guide serves as a convenient resource for you and your loved ones to choose activities to participate in the coming months . There is truly something for everyone !
Parks & Recreation Instructors Showcase
Orange County Dance Productions provides excellent dance instruction taught by highly trained instructors in the Live Well Room at Crown Valley Community Center ! A wide variety of dance classes are offered in a warm , nurturing environment , fostering a love for the arts . OC Dance is the only dance company in Southern California that is partnered with a children ’ s nonprofit to emphasize the importance of empowering children by teaching them how to make a difference at any age . Miss Brooke
Originally from Denver , Colorado Brooke has been dancing since the age of three . She grew up competing at a studio studying many different styles of dance . When she graduated high school , she moved to Las Vegas to complete the 6-month program at Theater Arts Preparatory School run by Don Mirault . Once the program finished she made the move to San Clemente . She has professional training in dance , acting , and voice and has appeared in productions of Rock of Ages , Fiddler On The Roof , and FAME ! Brooke has been working with kids for 4 years and it brings her nothing but joy to teach kids and welcome them into the beautiful thing called dance .

Miss Holly
Miss Holly started her ballet training at the young age of two . She began performing professionally with the Pennsylvania Ballet at just 8 years old . Studying a variety of dance styles , Holly has performed throughout the United States and Europe . Currently , Holly is a first-grade teacher in Laguna Niguel .
