Stop by the Front Desk at Sea Country Senior & Community Center and pick up a File if Life magnet . Free for Laguna Niguel Residents and $ 2 for Non- Residents , this magnet should contain your medical history and vital emergency information . First responders know to look for the File of Life on your refrigerator in the event that you are incapacitated and unable to relay this important information .
Grief Support Group
First & third Tuesday , 10-11:30am A safe place for you to share conversation openly in an informal setting about the loss of your loved one with others who are experiencing similar grief . No appointment necessary .
HICAP
First & third Monday , 9am-12pm
Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program ( HICAP ) is offered through the Council on Aging-Southern California . HICAP offers free unbiased and individualized counseling on Medicare , Medicare Policies , and other related health insurance topics . Please call ( 949 ) 425-5151 to make an appointment .

SERVICES Meals on Wheels
For those who qualify , home delivered meals are available through Age Well Senior Services . Monday-Friday , volunteers deliver meals to those who are unable to come to the center . For more information , call ( 949 ) 362-2807 .
Senior Mobility Program
Through OCTA Measure M2 funding , this service provides roundtrip transportation from residents ’ homes to Sea Country Senior & Community Center , and now to grocery stores and non-emergency medical appointments , through a City contract with California Yellow Cab . This program provides curb-to-curb service on demand from 9am-4pm , Monday through Friday , excluding holidays . This program is open to Laguna Niguel residents , ages 60 and older . Laguna Niguel Senior Club
The Laguna Niguel Senior Club is a non-profit organization that operates independently from the City . The activities sponsored by the Senior Club are open to seniors who attend Sea Country Senior & Community Center ( SCC ). The Senior Club provides a monthly newsletter offered with entertainment & lunch provided by Age Well Nutrition Program . No membership is required to enjoy Club-sponsored activities offered at SCC . The City provides the Senior Club an office within SCC which is open Monday , Wednesday , and Friday from 10am-2pm .
