We aim to reach a 90 % self-install rate within the next few years .
Digital billing and payments are on the rise : 87 % of residential customers make digital payments , up almost 6 % from 2019 . Most customers ( 65 %) now receive a paperless bill , up 20 % from 2019 . This increase equates to 534,000 pounds of paper saved .

The vast majority of Manheim transactions ( 80 %) are now digital ; in 2019 this number was 48 %. In 2021 , Manheim felt the impact of extreme supply and demand imbalance in the automotive industry . However , the company still managed to increase overall volume by 4.5 % in the U . S ., driven by a 10 % increase in dealer sales and a nearly 200 % increase in Manheim Express volume over 2020 .
We launched Cox Automotive Esntial Commerce TM in 2021 , an automated solution that allows consumers to buy a car 100 % online , in partnership with Penske Automotive Group . More than 10 new clients have since signed on for Esntial Commerce .

As farmers seek new and more sustainable growing methods , Cox has invested in Grower ’ s Edge , a company that helps farmers better manage the financial side of their business . It gives farmers access to data-backed recommendations about how to increase profits by adopting new agricultural technologies .
