SBAND President Hon . Doug Bahr presents South Central Judicial District Judge Bobbi Weiler with the traditional SBAND Gavel . Judge Weiler was not able to have a formal investiture ceremony , so the presentation was made at the January Big Muddy Bar Association meeting .
