Getting Your Decals
Season Store and Launch Pass Decal
After registering in person or paying online , your storage decal and map and gate access code ( if applicable ) will be mailed to you .
Season Launch Pass Decal
For Returning Boaters who have purchased their passes online by May 15 , your launch decal will be mailed to you . For passes purchased after May 16 , either online or in person , please schedule an appointment with Debbie Pierce at dpierce @ pdhp . org to pick up your decal at the Recreation Center of Highland Park . Registrants must provide driver ’ s license , proof of ownership and printed email confirmation of registration to receive decal .

2 . Starting May 1 , parking decals may also be purchased inperson at the Recreation Center of Highland Park . This excludes North Shore Yacht Club members who wish to receive the Non-resident discount . * Parking Decal is included with season storage .
Register In-Person
Applications are available online at pdhp . org to print and complete , and must be returned in person by making an appointment at Recreation Center of Highland Park with Debbie Pierce at dpierce @ pdhp . org . To receive resident rates , bring your drivers ’ license , along with one of the following documents ( displaying a Highland Park address ):
• 2020 Park District tax bill
• State of Illinois ID card
• Current automobile registration
• Copy of real estate contract
• Current US Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Safety Check
• Proof of vessel ownership * The Park District reserves the right to reject incomplete or illegible registration applications submitted either online or in-person .

Proof of ownership of boat and Highland Park residency required . Parking violations are subject to a fine and / or possible vehicle towing
