Beacham’s Market Breakdown ALPHARETTA/Johns Creek • Median sales price increased 1% YOY, from $445,000 to $450,000. Sales volume was very strong in the first quarter, up 12% from 1st quarter 2019. On average, homes are selling for about 2% below list price and on average close in 60 days. BUCKHEAD • Sales volume increased 20%, from 158 to 189, and median sales price increased 2%, from $832,000 to $850,000. On average, homes are selling for about 2.5% below list price and on average close in 70 days. Decatur (Westchester, Clairemont, Winnona Park and Oak Grove Elementary only) • Median sales price increased 2% YOY, from $559,000 to $568,000. Sales volume remained about the same as this time last year. On average, homes are selling for about 1% below list price and on average close in 40 days. Dunwoody • Sales volume is down 22%, from 79 to 62, and median sales price is also down 7%, from $500,000 to $465,000.
