Valley View Baseball
The Valley View Baseball team went 22-5 this year over all. They were undefeated with a 13-0 record in the 4a conference. Just last Sunday they beat Wynne, Batesville, and Brookland to win the 4a east regionals. They play Friday in the second round of state to keep playing. With many records broken this year including the single season stolen base record, the Blazers are looking good going into state. They need to win two games to get to play in the State finals. If they make it, the finals will be held in Fayetteville at Baum stadium. The team is led by coaching staff consisting of Dustin Jones, Kyle Norris, Josh Allison ,and Mat Snyder. The team has 32 players this year who all help contribute to their success in one way or another.
