Special appeal: Charismatic Callum needs a home! Meet Callum: a big, friendly male Kune Kune crossbreed who, before coming to West Hatch, spent quite some time in boarding facilities after an Inspector was called due to concerns for his welfare. Callum was a little overweight when he arrived at the Centre, but has since slimmed down now that he has access to a large pig paddock on site. He is a lovely boy who is adored by all who have come across him. In the beginning, Callum would not use his pig ark to sleep in but now that he feels secure and is comfortable with his surroundings he can be found snuggled up in his bed of straw when staff go to see him first thing in the morning. Callum is looking for a home with other pigs as they are sociable, intelligent animals who need the company of their own kind. The accommodation must be a large secure environment, with both hard standing as well as grassy areas for him to root around in, and a pig ark or similar for shelter. If you are interested in adopting Callum please call the Centre during our opening hours on 0300 123 0747.
