Spotlight on Secondary Congratulations Ms. Taylor and Khun Nadda Congratulations to Ms Taylor and Khun Nadda on being finalists in the Cognita Excellence Awards which will be announced at a glittering ball in London on Tuesday November 19. Ms Taylor is in the running for in the Secondary Teaching area while Khun Nadda is in the Support Staff section. It is a great honour to become a finalist as entries are considered from Cognita schools world wide! It is also a great honour for St Andrews Green Valley to have 2 finalists. Students know that they can talk to their parents, teachers and friends but for whatever reason sometimes they choose to not share or talk about a problem. Sometimes they like to talk to someone they don’t know so well. On a Thursday afternoon we will now have a qualified Counselor named Ms. Kelly at school. We have arranged for a “drop in session” at lunch and assembly time (1220 – 1340) if students would like to meet Ms. Kelly and have a quick chat. Forty minute appointments are available later in the afternoon.
