Straight A*’s & A’s the
Aim for IGCSE Quartet
The results from the recent IGCSE Mock Exams
were as impressive as the IB Diploma results. Our
Year 11 IGCSE students however achieve
grades from A* - G rather than 1 – 7 as they do
in IB.
Of particular note in our recent Mock Exams
were the results achieved by four of our
students. Mo, Ty and Im all achieved 8 A*’s and
A’s whilst Ed achieved 7. With these 4 students
all opting to take the additional challenge of
Triple Award Science, they therefore have the
chance (and ambition) to achieve 9 and in
some cases 10 IGCSE’s at A* or A. Good luck
