we appreciate him taking time out of his
busy schedule to visit the home and enjoy
a pre opening tour.
“From the initial concept and design of
the building, through to construction and
recruitment, we have carefully considered
every last detail of the home. The Grand is
our newest care home to date and we are
immensely proud of it; from the ergonomic
and energy efficient kitchens and laundry
facilities to the retail coffee shop, we have
been able to display our progressive
approach to the provision of care homes.”

home. I’d like to wish both the staff and the
residents well.”

looking forward to
welcoming the first
residents to The Grand next

therapists, physiotherapists,
carers and hotel staff who will deliver
quality care with respect, dignity and
compassion, and actively encourage
residents to remain as independent as
possible for as long as possible.
“Ultimately, we want our residents to
experience a home-from-home environment
and feel proud of The Grand; happy to
invite family and friends to visit all the while
receiving the very best care in their new
