Ice skating is an old sport, that went through for different moments until became recognized as an Olympic sport and thing important on winter Olympic games. It is moving on ice by using ice skates .People practice it for different reasons like: exercise, leisure, and things like that. Ice skating occurs on indoor and outdoor tracks, also on natural bodies of frozen water, such as lakes and river. There are some kind of ice skating like figure ice skating and speed skating, and to practice them is necessary a good pair skates and special dresses. The history of ice skating stretches since the prehistory.
