who run their Agricultural Fencing Business from Dunkeld
and throughout Perthshire. Karen recently spoke to Rugby
Club Magazine, saying, “Our business, Drummond Fencing
was asked to sponsor a barrel at the local bear festival last
year which was great, unfortunately we were unable to

about his positive association with Blairgowrie
Rugby Club, saying, “I am currently head of play
over at Morgan RFC and so I naturally haven’t
been able to see many games at Blairgowrie apart
from those when Morgan were competing. I played
most of my rugby at Montrose, mainly in No 7 and
8 positions when I moved to the area over 20 years
ago.

I did coach Blairgowrie for a season or two in early
2000 when we gained promotion and over the
years have helped out with the odd session here
and there including the U18s and will continue
with the S1s and S2s. It’s great to see the club
