elicans Hockey Club is based at Alive Lunnsport, Green
Park Avenue in Norfolk and they are led by Chairman
Sean Kerry who is supported by Secretary Sam Major. They are a
fine example of a well-run community establishment with some
fantastic facilities in place.
Their men’s first team has made a
fine start to their league campaign this
time around, having put together a
record of seven wins and two defeats
from their first nine matches. This has
left them sitting in second place in the
league with 21 points on the board.

This should provide them with the
perfect platform from which to go on
and put together a successful campaign.
As long as they are able to retain their
current group of players and can perhaps
make one or two quality additions
they should be in with a good chance
of mounting a serious championship
challenge.
Competing in Division 2NW, their
women’s first team has not enjoyed
quite the same success, having won two
and lost six of their first eight matches.
This has left them sitting in the bottom
half of the table with six points.
