In order to do this they have the following strategic objectives and ambitions for 2017 – 2021. These objectives are supported by funding from Sport England; • New products and commercial agreements • A review of our Competition Strategy - leading to a range of new competitions that align with customer needs • Members’ Club – leading to a greater connection between Rounders England and its members, as well as between members • Better services to teams and leagues – helping people to stay connected with Rounders at different stages in their life • Helping inactive people become more active through Rounders – we will pilot a new programme in Year 1 Sport in Profile Magazine was keen to find out more about the good work they’ve been doing and with this in mind we recently caught up with Julia Rice, their Marketing & Commercial Officer. HH: Excited. Encouraged. Busy. SIP: How would you say the year has gone so far? HH: Really well. We have launched our NEW four year strategy (2017-21), as well as a customer facing brand ‘WE ARE ALL ROUNDERS’ and Members’ Club. Due to a reallocation of funding, we work with less Delivery Partners on the ground; however, we continue to work closely and effectively with a smaller number of Delivery Partners, where Rounders has proven to be a huge hit over a number of years. We are at the beginning of a competition strategy review which is very exciting, plus we have received funding from
