It’s been eight years in the making, but as
of January 2015 the ground was broken
on one of the most significant speedway
projects in decades that has captured the
imagination of fans nationwide.
Less than nine months since construction
began the National Speedway Stadium,
home of the Belle Vue Aces, has well
and truly ceased to be merely an artists’
impression.
Scheduled to open on March 19th 2016,
plans are already afoot to ensure this
state-of-the-art venue is introduced to the
world in style with its flagship event, the
Peter Craven Memorial Trophy.
