which is reflected by the fact that they have
already racked up 40 goals in the league alone.
Their early season form should provide
them with the perfect platform from which to
go on and put together a successful campaign.
So long as they are able to keep their current
group of players together it will be difficult for
their rivals to stop them going on and claiming
the title.
There is a confidence amongst the players
that they have the ability to go on and make
this a season to remember and it will certainly
be interesting to see how they progress. Their
strong performances have not been limited to
the league either as they recently defeated West
Didsbury 5-4 in the first round of the FA Vase.
It is an exciting time to be involved with
Morpeth Town at the moment as a strong set
up off the field is backed up by an attacking
outfit on it. Hopefully they will be able to
continue in the same manner for many years
to come.
