This move coincided with the club winning a memorable double which saw them gain promotion to the Northern League. The ground is named after the father and son duo of W and R Craik who put a tremendous amount of hard work into the club. Morpeth Town has been providing 48 Issue 11 people with a chance to play the game for more than a century now and continue to wear their traditional amber and black colours.
