of small clubs like ourselves and we feel we are not wanted
in the Scottish Cup which is a major fund-raising tournament
for us with the possibility of getting bigger teams down here.”
Ambitions
“This season our ambition is to try and strengthen the side and
get as high up the league as we can. Obviously all clubs aim
to move up through the leagues but we will find it difficult to
move up to the SPFL. Our aim is to continue to do well in the
Lowland League and to try and build a team that can win the
championship and compete for a place in the play-offs which
now take place.”
