Nathan Moore, Group & Commercial Manager at Potters Resort said: “Mind Sports are popular with guests who enjoy the social and interactive aspect of the game and playing with like-minded people. Chess is arguably the most popular sport, enjoyed by millions of players across the world. We ensure that our Mind Sports are suitable for all abilities with guests invited to learn the basics in a friendly environment or enjoy the strategies and tactics of chess in a competitive tournament. Many guests are introduced and inspired by a new sport they want to carry on pursuing so join a local club when they get home. These breaks proved to be popular in 2014 and we’ve received positive feedback on how guests enjoy combining a relaxing coastal break with leisurely trying their hand at new pursuits at their own pace.” The next Mind Sports break is a four night Early Summer Value ShowBreak on Monday 22nd June 2015. The inclusive break features comfortable accommodation, four meals a day for each full day, live evening entertainment from Potters Theatre Company, daytime activities, Mind Sports and use of the inclusive sports and leisure facilities.
