Brooklands Hockey Club is a terrific example of an establishment that plays a vital role in their
local community. Sport in Profile Magazine caught up with their Chairman Steven Andrews to
find out more about a number of different areas of the club.
He told us, “I joined the club 5 years ago
having relocated from Sheffield. I had a
number of personal friends who were
current members of the club, and I was
very aware of both the standard of hockey,
and importantly, the welcoming nature of
the club throughout my career. Having
