Challenges/Ambitions
“In the next 5 years we could face the challenge of
getting committed players at the club. We have the core
of the team who are there with or without injuries and
without these guys the team would cease to exist.
Recruitment campaigns are in place around the team
to seek out new players. The coach, Iain Campbell, is
phenomenal and he coaches the youth team Whitley
Arrows and maintains the discipline on the bench. His
knowledge of the sport helps both the experienced
players and the new starters to develop their game and
create a team which is chasing as much silverware as
possible. Over the next 5 years our ambitions will be to
have a few tours abroad playing various teams and to
gain as much sponsorship as possible.”
