We have a small commercial
“team” – indeed you are speaking
to 100% of it now, so it is difficult to
exploit all opportunities particularly
when all of the management team
are “volunteers”. Our challenge is
the same as all minority sports –
attracting people to participate and
retaining their interest.
Our ambitions are simple - we
want to be National Champions
in 5 years, we have some of the
best coaches in the UK including 4
GB coaches. We have access to 5
university teams for recruitment of
“raw” talent, all but 2 of our existing
roster are less than 30 years old –
so we hope that within 5 years we
can mould a winning team.”
