A more diverse workforce . A more inclusive workforce .
This Blueprint has two broad goals : to create a more diverse and a more inclusive workforce in sport and physical activity .
This will broaden the availability of , and access that people have to , high-quality experiences .
These goals are central to our vision of a coaching movement that is aligned , educated , and engaged in delivering positive experiences for all participants .
To do this we have to address the systemic , cultural , and social barriers that restrict the development of a diverse workforce – while also working to ensure that the existing workforce is able to engage participants with diverse and specific needs .
Diversity and inclusion are not only desirable , but essential for the success of our workforce . Our goal is to level the playing field so that everyone has equal access to opportunities , regardless of their age , ability , disability , gender , race , religion , ethnic origin , or sexual orientation .
By uniting a coaching movement around these goals , we can harness the power of coaching to promote health , well-being , social inclusion , and personal development for everyone .
