CHAPTER 3
Halloween

This all started on All Hallows Eve when my cousin, Janeicia, was laying out her
costume. The costume was a black cat with super sleek black leggings, black boots
with heels, a black long tail, and cat ears. She had a cat face made from black liquid eyeliner. The cat face dried quickly. She ended up going to sleep at 2:26 A.M.
The next morning she didn’t wake up till about noon. For breakfast she had
Starbucks.
At Starbucks she got a caramel frappe with whipped cream and a dark green
bendy straw. She also got a bagel that was toasted with really warm thick cream
cheese. Then she drove home.
When she got home, it was about 3:45 and she watched her favorite TV show,
Pretty Little Liars. She fell asleep and awoke at 5:00 P.M. She jumped out of bed
and into the warm water of the shower she went. She put on her costume, called
her friend Asia, and went to go pick her up. They went trick or treating and got a
big, big load of candy.
They came past this house that looked abandoned, but there was candy in a
bowl. They went to get some candy, and they saw a guy with a pumpkin head and
GROSS overalls that looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. They decided
to get the candy bars because they both saw the ones they liked. Janeicia liked the
KitKat so much she could taste the chocolate in her mouth. Asia favored the Butter Fingers. Right as they grabbed the candy, they were scared half to DEATH. A
“person” stood up with a chainsaw and started to chase them. Janeicia was gone.
She was running so fast. Aisa was a bit behind but not by much. They out ran it to6
