The Vivofit learns your current\r\nactivity level, and as you achieve your\r\ngoals, it adjusts your goal accordingly\r\nfor the next day.\r\nBluetooth 4.0 allows you to sync\r\nthe fitness band with Garmin Connect\r\nonline by holding down the button on\r\nthe strap.
