Guests indulged in an unforgettable evening of fine dining and expertly curated wine pairings at the exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner. The event showcased a thoughtfully designed four-course menu, each dish complemented by a perfectly selected wine.
The evening began with Shrimp and Crab Toasts, a delightful opening bite that paired beautifully with the crisp Anselmi San Vicenzo Bianco, setting the tone for an elegant culinary journey.
The second course featured Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata, a fresh and flavorful combination enhanced by the bright, aromatic notes of Claudio Quarta Fiano di Avellino.
For the main course, guests savored the rich and tender Veal Osso Bucco Milanese, served alongside the bold and structured Ali Sopra Toscana Rosso, which deepened the flavors of the dish.
