Community members gathered for a special meet and greet with John“ Tater” Harris, candidate for Baldwin County Commissioner District 4, and Sheriff Anthony Lowery. Tater Harris, a successful small business owner and longtime resident, shared his goals for responsible growth, infrastructure improvements, and strong support for public safety. As the owner of Gulf Coast Rental Co., he brings firsthand knowledge of local business, regulation, and project management. His community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Orange Beach Public Safety Committee, Board Member of the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber, and Co-Chair of the 2025 Art for Heart Gala alongside his wife Sarah.
Sheriff Anthony Lowery, known for his steadfast leadership, emphasized the need for collaboration and accountability in county government.
Guests enjoyed refreshments, meaningful conversations, and the chance to ask questions about local issues ranging from road conditions to property rights. The event highlighted a shared vision for protecting Baldwin County’ s values while supporting smart, sustainable growth.
