have enough enzymes in your diet, your body will not be able to properly absorb
nutrition from food, and your body will go into “starvation mode” even though it is
getting an abundance of empty calories and adding extra fat cells! Personally, I
am a big fan of the Isagenix IsaLean shake, which is a meal-replacement shake
full of essential enzymes. I have a shake each morning instead of eating
breakfast (except for cleanse days, which I do regularly), and it not only saves
me time and money, but it also ensures I get my daily dose of enzymes and

At first I was skeptical about the importance of enzymes, since they don't get a lot

Of course, you will always do better if you are able to eat fresh, organic food. If
you have to choose between organic food and fresh inorganic food, I would
generally tend to choose the fresh inorganic food.
Similarly, raw foods are nearly always better than cooked foods, and whole,
unprocessed, natural foods are better than processed or refined foods.
