Even without concern for weight reduction, there are many powerful and urgent
reasons to cleanse your body of the harmful poisons and toxins in our food,
water and air. And it's a sad fact that most of us take better care of our cars and
our air conditioners than we do our own bodies!
The conveniences of our modern lifestyle – especially the lack of physical activity

too many toxins for too long without proper cleansing, the body is overwhelmed
by toxicity and a number of dangerous symptoms results, including excess body
fat, low energy, mental fatigue ( “brain fog”), premature aging, disease, and even
death.
