How and where to get it when you
need it.
We've all been there...running around worlds screaming, "can someone please help me!!"...standing outside of dungeons waiting for someone to walk by...begging your friends that are busy...yes, all that. Here are ways to stop running for hours and actually get somewhere.
First off, try to solo whatever place your at before calling it off. You may have needed help for the last boss, but that doesn't mean that you'll need it this time!
If you really need the help, move on to step 2. Ask your online friends. Now, screaming "HELP!" while you're in battle is never a good idea. No one wants to help a bossy friend. If you have text chat, nicely ask each person if they would mind helping you out. If they can't, don't beg, move to the next person. Always be polite and say please, and thank you! Once you run out of people, move to step 3.
Next, turn to Legends of the Spiral or Stormgate Pirates. They have the easiest way to request help. They have the Lend-a-Hand program, which puts up your request on every single webpage on the site within seconds! People can click to say that they're coming to help. If this fails, time to go to to Wizard101 and Pirate101 Central. They have a forum page just for requests. Only problem is that if no one replies, your post gets pushed down to the bottom. If you aren't getting any responces in their normal forum, move to Mercs101. Formerly, Mercinaries for Hire, this team of members can help you with all of your quests, from WC to AZ. The Mercs are currently still not offering help in Pirate101, but will be open for bussinus soon!
Good luck in the Spiral, and remember, Keira Dreamleaf/ Stormy Keira Dove is always willing to lend a hand! PM me (fun23k) if you can't get help through these methods (on any site)!
