Mr. Martin also attained a number of diplomas and certificates from Regional and International Military and Law Enforcement institutions to include the Regional Security System( RSS), Federal Bureau of Investigation( FBI) Training Academy, US Drug Enforcement Administration( DEA) and the Centre for Hemispheric Defence Studies, United States. He represent the Police Force and Grenada at several meetings and conferences.
Mr. Martin accumulated a wealth of knowledge
and experience throughout his career. He worked in and commanded many departments across the RGPF. He was promoted through the ranks to the ultimate post of Commissioner of Police of the Royal Grenada Police Force. He is renowned
as a professional police officer, with unmatched knowledge and capability in planning and executing Law Enforcement Operations. He is admired by many locally, regionally and internationally for his professionalism, integrity and passion for Law Enforcement.
