INGREDIENTS METHOD Ice : cube muddle , build
2 oz white jack rum @ westerhallrumsgrenada Muddle together all ingredients with muddler 8 mint leaves
Fill the glass with ice muddled ingredients
2 chadobeni leaves Pour over ice and top off with water soda
1 / 2 oz Lemon grass syrup
Garnish : mint sprig & lime
3 / 4 oz Fresh lime juice Top off with soda water
The Spice Isle Mule ( twist on Moscow mule )
Glassware : Highball
INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz Blue Light Gin @ bluelightcaribbeangin
1 / 2 oz infused ginger & sorrel simple syrup ¾ oz fresh lime juice
Top off with ginger beer Ice cubes
METHOD Build Fill glass with ice Add gin , syrups and lime juice Top with ginger beer Garnish : ginger & lime wheel
